1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AnsGift (“the Service”), including our website at ansgift.com and our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by AnsGift Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria (“AnsGift”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. The Service
AnsGift is a digital gifts platform that allows buyers to purchase experience-based gifts for recipients. Gift experiences include Treasure Hunts, 7-Day Challenges, and Adventure Roulette. Experiences are delivered via our mobile application (iOS and Android).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Registration
Buyers may purchase gifts without creating an account. Recipients must create an account in the mobile app to redeem and access their gift experience.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Purchases and Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the displayed amount.
Upon successful payment, the buyer receives a confirmation by email and the recipient is granted access to their gift experience through the mobile app.
Gift access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the recipient has not yet started their experience. Once an experience has been activated, refunds are not available.

6. User Content
During gift experiences, recipients may submit text responses, photos, and videos (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant AnsGift a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the gift experience to the buyer and recipient.
You retain ownership of your User Content. We will not use it for any other purpose, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
You must not submit content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
- Sexually explicit or involving minors
- Spam or malware
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Resell or redistribute gift codes without our written permission
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the AnsGift website and mobile app — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of AnsGift Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some gift experiences may involve physical activity or outdoor participation. These are undertaken at the recipient's own risk. AnsGift is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in gift experiences.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnsGift Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
