Yes. All three experiences run in our free AnsGift app for iOS and Android - install takes less than a minute. You buy and personalize here on the website; they redeem and play in the app.

After purchase, you receive a unique gift code and a link. You can share it however you like - send it in a text, write it in a card, or reveal it in person for a more dramatic moment.

Absolutely - that's the whole point. You can add the recipient's name, write personal messages that appear at key moments, choose meaningful locations (for treasure hunts), and set the tone of the experience.

Codes can be redeemed for one year from purchase unless we state otherwise. For the 7-Day Challenge, the seven days begin when they redeem - not when you buy - so they can start when it suits them.

If the code has not been redeemed, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase - email [email protected]. After redemption, the experience is considered delivered; contact us if something went wrong and we'll help case by case.

Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. We never see or store your card details. All transactions are encrypted.

Yes! Digital gift work anywhere in the world. The Treasure Hunt requires the recipient to physically visit locations, so those should be near them - but you can set the locations anywhere.

You (the giver) check out on the web and get the code to share. The recipient downloads the app, signs in, and enters that code to unlock their adventure. You don't need the app to buy; they need it to play. The same person can be both giver and recipient with separate steps.

Location is used only to power features you configure - for example checking that someone reached a treasure hunt stop or a check-in you placed on the map. We request access only when needed, and we don't sell personal data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Buying gift, printing a card, and managing orders work in up-to-date browsers on desktop or mobile. Playing an experience requires our iOS or Android app. Use a recent phone OS version for the smoothest experience.
